Chris is a Project Manager and Lead Plant / Piping Designer at OSDV Engineering. In both capacities, Chris interfaces with clients, vendors and contractors to establish expectations and ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule and operational parameters. In his role as Project Manager, Chris coordinates project related activities, client requirements and expectations with construction execution.  As Lead Plant / Piping Designer, Christopher generates project piping / plant conceptional designs, reviews final design drawings and provides design input.

Chris brings a great depth of experience to OSDV Engineering, as he has worked on the design, construction, commissioning, start-up, operation and maintenance in a diverse range of industries and types of facilities.  His industry and project experience ranges from petrochemical, chemical, biofuels, pharmaceutical, biotech, food / beverage, power generation (nuclear / fossil), which includes manufacturing facilities. He has also completed projects in the environmental area, such as wetland and stream restoration.

Chris has developed curricula and taught classes in-house, to clients and on the apprenticeship level in maintenance, pipe support locations, piping analysis and piping design.  Chris has a B.S. in Vocational-Industrial Education, Drafting and Design from Virginia Tech. He is a certified Secondary and Post-Secondary Educator in New Jersey and Virginia. He is a lifetime member of Phi Kappa Phi and a member of ISPE. He is also an accomplished artist who has exhibited and received awards in local and regional juried art shows.
