Antonette Mitterando

Antonette is Project Director at OSDV Engineering where she interfaces with clients, vendors, partners, and contractors to establish expectations and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.  She also provides Architectural and MEP coordination with our strategic partners.  She leads feasibility / front end studies in addition to full EPC projects.  She has a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment within the regulated industry for legacy facilities with ongoing manufacturing operations.

She has over 26 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility for the pharmaceutical, industrial, academic and R&D sectors.  She has significant experience directing and coordinating the design and development of a wide range of complex and diverse multi-million dollar construction projects, encompassing appropriation requests, code review, schedule compliance, securing permits for construction, planning board and variances, environmental DEP air and groundwater permits and site evaluations for new development. Heavy emphasis has been on Value Engineering, troubleshooting existing mechanical and control systems, evaluating existing systems and providing redesign to optimize cost savings, project delivery and ensuring design intent.

Antonette is a Professional Engineer and Registered Architect with high quality standards and the ability to communicate and integrate those standards efficiently and effectively into active projects.  She has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, from Rutgers University and M.B.A. in Pharmaceutical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  She is a licensed Professional Engineer in NJ and PA, and a Registered Architect in NJ.
